Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract between yourself and SIELITE LIMITED.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, but you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14)  days after the day on which you receive the products your intention to cancel the contract. You must also take reasonable care of the products and not used them. You should return goods to SIELITE LIMITED in their original packaging, with all Tags intact and unworn. The product must be return within fourteen (14) days after the cancellation date. Please contact csr@sielite.com for return instructions, all returns are FREE of charge.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Until the returned goods have been received back at SIELITE LIMITED warehouse they are your responsibility, it is recommended that you keep a proof of return postage. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you or not refund you the amounts that are attributable to their loss or damage.
